The TP section is headed by Gianni De Robertis who is also the leader of the KPMG Transfer Pricing practice in the EMEA region. In Italy Gianni leads a multidisciplinary team of around 70 professionals, which is made up of economists, tax experts, and lawyers who are divided among the TP disputes, Compliance and APA and MAP departments.
