PwC has been working in Russia for more than 30 years across all industries with around 3 000 clients making up our client base including 290 from the Expert Top 600.

Our refreshed strategy is to be the most trusted and relevant professional services business in the world. Our refreshed global strategy is called The New Equation, as it speaks to the two most fundamental client needs.

First is the urgency to successfully respond to, and change, in the face of the major shifts shaping the world: technological disruption, climate change, fractured geopolitics, social tension, and the continuing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Second is the need to build trust at a time when it is both more fragile and more complicated to earn.

Natalia Kozlova, Partner, Head of Transfer Pricing Services
natalia.kozlova@pwc.ru

Natalia has more than 20 years of tax professional experience working with major Russian and multinational clients.

In 2020 Natalia assisted one large multinational group in reaching an agreement with the Federal Tax Service on the pricing methodology used for a key intercompany transaction related to use of IP. This is the very first case in Russia in which an IP transaction was subject to an Advance Pricing Agreement, and in which the methodology was successfully pre-agreed and the APA signed.

Andrew Joshi, Partner, Transfer Pricing Services
andrew.joshi@pwc.ru

Andrew has more than 8 years of practical experience in TP in Russia and plays a leading role in linking PwC Russia into the PwC global TP network.

Andrew led the team that reimaged the client’s supply chain (involving 3 different jurisdictions), that helped achieve correct reallocation and attribution of profits, and realised a significant cost-saving effect, through simultaneously realigning the TP model and securing the opportunity to utilise the benefits of the Free Trade Agreement.
